Jon (owner of the store) is an avid fisherman and has been his entire life. Owner and operator of Fintastic, his boat. Jon will teach anyone who is willing to learn about the art of lake fishing. Jon starting fishing Lake Ontario and its tributaries over 17 .years ago and still has the same drive and love for the sport today as when he started. Jon and his family have enjoyed every type of fishing this area provides. From ice fishing to wading the rivers in the fall, his family doesn't miss a run or a season. Retiring from his position in Pennsylvania, Jon always dreamed of owning a tackle store. Now his dream became reality, when on May 17th, 2006 Jon's Little Salmon Bait & Tackle was opened.
Terri is Jon's wife of twenty plus years. Terri is a highly skilled registered nurse. Terri has been in her trade for over twenty two years at the top of her profession. She has helped lead two separate cardiac teams to the top of their trade at two different hospitals. Terri is an outstanding mother with the drive and ambition to make her family successful, and she does an excellent job at keeping her boys in line. She 100% supportive of everything her husband and son take on in their busy life's. Terri also enjoys the Lake Ontario fishing, as well as fishing the rivers in the fall. If she isn't busy working her stress filled job or keeping track of her men, she resides at home with her two lovable labs (Molly and Beauregaurd).

The webmaster, the fish master, the most feared predator of the Chinook salmon in the month of October. That's right, the one the only........ RyE ......... Thank you, Thank you, I know you are all glad to meet me finally. The intelligence behind the JLS website. I am a talented Chef, if anyone is hiring, that loves to fish. Deep sea, bass, pike, walleye, trout, musky. You name it, I will fish it. But my most favorite type of fishing still is and always will be the King Salmon river run in Pulaski and Oswego NY. I fish it every year for almost two weeks out of my busy schedule. You can find me on the river in the little village of Altmar, in the fly zone from sun up to sun down over Columbus day weekend. I practice the zero limit, for I catch and release every fish I catch. I do it for the sport, the fight, the thrill, and well to say I am just really good at it so I don't need to keep every fish I catch. HaHaHa. Just joking. Every year I lead the FCITR (fat crew in the river) to a successful King adventure.

Molly is our four month old energetic chocolate Labrador. She is cute, playful, and the most lovable puppy ever put on this earth. She enjoys long walks around our neighborhood and sniffing everything she sees, also she likes to chase anything that moves. She will chew anything the squeaks and has a fuzzy texture.
Beauregaurd is our nine year old black Labrador veteran fishing dog. He is shown here teaching young Molly the ropes, you know don't go past this flower bed cause the road is very dangerous. That kind of stuff. Beau enjoys lounging around on his doggie bed or on a nice cool cement floor, when he isn't greeting our customers as they come through the door. Beau is very friendly and will show you where all the tackle is located (he is our personal shopper dog). Beau's interests include swimming, eating, boat & car rides, fishing, and receiving treats from our patrons.
